Terms of sale

TenderGulf is a service of Banoo Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada (corporation 1919202), 218 Wilfred Ave, Toronto, ON M2N 5E3, Canada. These terms apply to every order placed with TenderGulf.

What we sell

Written research on Gulf health procurement and registers: bid or no-bid briefs, Saudi distributor records and UAE second-agent maps. We are a research desk. We do not bid, buy, sell or distribute medical products, and we do not act as anyone's agent.

Orders and delivery

You order by email to desk@tendergulf.com. We confirm the scope and the price in writing before we start. Delivery is by email, in English.

  • Bid or no-bid brief: within 24 hours of the order.
  • Distributor record: within five working days.
  • UAE second-agent map: within five working days.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Banoo Inc. invoices; you pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer.

  • Bid or no-bid brief: we start when you order and deliver within 24 hours. The invoice follows and is payable within 14 days.
  • Distributor record and UAE second-agent map: we start when the invoice is paid.

Refunds

  • Bid or no-bid brief: full refund if it is not delivered within 24 hours of the order.
  • UAE second-agent map: full refund if we cannot name at least ten qualified agents.
  • Otherwise, if a deliverable misses what we confirmed in writing, tell us within 14 days and we correct it or refund it.

What our work is and is not

Our work is market research from public sources, each point linked to its source. The Arabic original of any tender document and the official register govern. Our work is not legal, regulatory or tax advice. Decisions to bid, appoint or change an agent, and the prices you offer, are yours and your agent's.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost tenders or indirect loss.

Confidentiality

We keep what you tell us about your products, agents and prices confidential, and do not name you as a client without your written consent.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
